Tyber.io is a boutique consultancy operated by JP Tibério (São Paulo, Brazil). This page explains what data we collect when you visit tyber.io, how we use it, and your rights under Brazilian privacy law (LGPD) and the GDPR.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email, subject and message you provide. We use Google Analytics in aggregated, anonymized mode (without User-ID and without ad personalization) to understand traffic patterns. Beyond that, this site has no login, no comments, no tracking pixels and no third-party advertising.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are routed through EmailJS to our inbox and are only used to reply to your message. Aggregated analytics is used to improve content and performance. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Contact messages stay in our inbox until the conversation ends; you can ask for them to be deleted at any time. Analytics data has a retention window of 14 months and is anonymized.
Your rights
Under LGPD and GDPR you can ask to access, correct, port, restrict or delete any personal data we hold about you. Send your request to jp@tyber.io and we will respond within 15 days.
